About Ashin Nayaka

Ven. Ashin Nayaka has graduated B.A. in 1991 and M. A. in 1994. He has received his Ph.D. doctorate degree at Department of Ancient Indian and Asian Studies, Magadh University , India in 2000. He is founder director of the Buddhist Missionary Society, New York and the chief incumbent of the mission. He is currently a visiting scholar at Department of History, Columbia University in New York .
