Buddhist Missionary Society, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to the promoting Buddhism for the benefit of all.
The objective of BMS is to develop productive activities in accordance with the Buddhist principles bring together all practitioners who are committed to exploring Buddhist thought and practices as a living tradition, faithful to its origins & lineage, yet adaptable & alive in each new time & place.
Utmost responsibility of BMS is to explain Dhamma – the source to happiness and peace, and in reality perform whatsoever good deed for others welfare: strive hard for the promotion of the Buddha Dhamma and practice to develop the basis principles of Buddhism: To do nothing wrong, to cultivate the good, to purify the mind. BMS is dedicated to make sustained efforts to establish a new monastery in New York in order to provide the teachings of Buddha more accessible to all truth-seekers.
